3 days of pure bliss, yoga, meditation and delicious plant based food.

Take some well deserved time to reconnect with yourself, meet like-minded people and find your calm on this 3 day yoga and relaxation retreat.

We will be working with the elements with each daily yoga and meditation session based around a different element. Starting with Earth, grounding into our new space, moving onto water and inviting the flow into our beautiful cottage. The next practice we will be building fire in our bodies and our breath with a powerful, strong practice. Lastly, ending with the element air, releasing energy and leaving the retreat space feeling light and airy.

3 Meals per day are included, all will be plant-based and filled with nutrients our bodies crave to feel our best selves for the entirety of the retreat.

I had the best time on this retreat! I didn’t know what to expect having never been on a Yoga retreat before but Lucy made us all feel so welcome.

I was a beginner at Yoga but came out learning some great tips for practice and for meditation. I loved the themed classes and the wonderful thought Lucy puts in to everything from the music, the atmosphere to the intentions and the structure of the classes.

There was plenty of time for relaxing and making friends. It was a bit daunting going alone but I made quite a few friends on the on the retreat of all different ages which was lovely! The food was absolutely amazing too! With Lucy’s extensive knowledge of psychology as well as her yoga practice, I found it so interesting and beneficial to consider mindfulness on the retreat through exercises such as journaling. Lucy is such a unique yoga teacher. I was so impressed with Lucy’s retreat that I signed up for the next one right away!” - Emily
